You’ll start with a short, dermatologist-designed quiz about your hair, scalp, and health history. A licensed provider will review your answers and create a personalized treatment plan—no video visit required. Your prescriptions will then be sent to you on a monthly basis. Every 6 months, you’ll be required to check in with us but feel free to reach out anytime before then as well.

Yes. We’re licensed to operate in all 50 states, so no matter where you live, you’ll receive personalized care from a licensed medical provider.

Once your form is reviewed and approved (usually within 24–48 hours), your custom formula ships straight to your door. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it’s on the way.

We don’t accept insurance at this time, but our prices are often more affordable than many co-pays and prescriptions if combined separately—and shipping is always included.

The online visit is $39 however this is waived with a subscription service. The cost of your treatment plan is standard at $59/month. If cancelled before the first 3 months, the online visit fee of $39 will be assessed to your account.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, and all sales are final. However, if you feel we have made an error in the filling of your prescription, please contact us.
