Due to the nature of our prescription based products, refunds are not offered. Once a shipment for the Subscription Program has been billed and processed, it cannot be canceled. You may cancel a subscription at any time by contacting the Customer Help Center and directly requesting a cancellation or through your online account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
